How to Change the Windows Font ???

1. Go to Notepad.
2. Paste the context given below,
     
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts]
"Segoe UI (TrueType)"=""
"Segoe UI Bold (TrueType)"=""
"Segoe UI Bold Italic (TrueType)"=""
"Segoe UI Italic (TrueType)"=""
"Segoe UI Light (TrueType)"=""
"Segoe UI Semibold (TrueType)"=""
"Segoe UI Symbol (TrueType)"=""

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes]

"Segoe UI"="font u like"



3. change the last line of the text "font u like" to the font you like(e. g: Arial, Verdana...).

4. Save the file name as you like and save it with the extension .reg and make the file type to All files and save it in the Desktop.

5. Check whether the file appears in the Desktop

6. Now Restart the Computer.

Now you can check whether the windows font is changed.

How to solve the problem "Cannot view the real picture of the icon, icons are changed into generic pictures".







Once I saw that all my icons are changed into generic pictures, how I solved this???
1. Click on Start Menu.
2. Go to Control Panel.
3. Click Appearance and Personalization.
4. Click File Explorer Options.
5. Go to View.
6. Click Restore Defaults.(!!!!Not Reset Folders).
7. Click Apply and then click OK.
Now you are done!!!!!
