Convert Decimal to Binary

The very first way to convert is dividing the decimal number by 2 eg: 87 87/2 = 43 - 1 43/2 = 21 - 1 21/2 = 10 - 1 10/2 = 05 - 0 05/2 = 02 - 1 02/2 = 1 - 0 so the binary for the decimal number 87 is 1010111 also there is another way to easily find that is exponent method 2 power zero is 1 2 to the power one is 2 ..... so it comes as 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64,128.... so 87 comes in between 64 and 128 so it should be active in that place so 1 at that place so to find it easier 64* 1 + 32 = 96 which is greater than 87 so no 32 64* 1 + 32*0 + 16 = 80 so yes 16 can be active 64*1 + 32*0 + 16*1 + 8 = 88 which is greater than 87 so it (8) should be inactive 64*1+32*0+16*1+8*0+ 4 = 84 so it (4) can be active 64*1+32*0+16*1+8*0+4*1+2= 86 so it(2) can be active 64*1 + 32*0+16*1+8*0+4*1+2*1+1=87 so it(1) can be active so so the answer is 1010111 thank you!

Install Java (Microsoft)

Some Computers might already have Java, so to check whether your computer has

Type as following in the Command Prompt

 If java is already installed you would something similar to this,

 If your computer do not have java installed, you can download it from oracle.com

To setup Java in Microsoft

1.      Go to “Control panel”

1.       Select  “System and Security”

           Select “System” 

           Select “Advanced system security”

           Click “Environmental Variables..” button 

           Select “Path” Click “ Edit” button 

           Click “New” button 

          Type -Path/bin (Eg:   C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.1\bin ) 

            Click “OK” 

        Now check again whether its installed in the Command Prompt

1. First thing first check whether your WiFi is on if the WiFi is on and still its in red,
2. Go to Control Panel (by typing "Control Panel" in the searching bar)
3. Choose the "Network and Internet" option.

4. Click on  "Network and Sharing Center"

5.Click "Change Adapter Settings"
6. Right click on your WiFi icon which is available.
7.Click "Diagnosis" option and diagnose it the problem is solved!!!😄😃😃😃😃

1. Go to Notepad.

2. Paste the context given below,

3. change the last line of the text "font u like" to the font you like(e. g: Arial, Verdana...).

4. Save the file name as you like and save it with the extension .reg and make the file type to All files and save it in the Desktop.

5. Check whether the file appears in the Desktop

6. Now Restart the Computer.

Now you can check whether the windows font is changed.

How to solve the problem "Cannot view the real picture of the icon, icons are changed into generic pictures".

Once I saw that all my icons are changed into generic pictures, how I solved this???
1. Click on Start Menu.
2. Go to Control Panel.
3. Click Appearance and Personalization.
4. Click File Explorer Options.
5. Go to View.
6. Click Restore Defaults.(!!!!Not Reset Folders).
7. Click Apply and then click OK.
Now you are done!!!!!

People are Different!!!!

       Being human is a wonderful gift. The beauty of  human kind is they are different to each other, 

People are different in their behavior, attitude, habit, physical appearances and complexion.

If two human being are same in their appearances , at least their behaviors might change, we call this diversity of organisms.   

These differences are due to the human genetic variation, there might be multiple variant of gene in the human population. No two humans are genetically same, even the identical twins have differences.

Whenever we move with people we should accept that  people are not the same, we cannot expect them to be like us, If we have a clear understanding about this there won't be any problem with others. 

If we consider the human behavior it might differ according to genetics,attitude,social norms and faith. Behavior is impacted by some individual traits. There are rules and regulations for human beings to behave in an acceptable manner. This is what the religions teach, but an individual cannot command others to follow them, but one could suggest their good thoughts and ideas. 

A behavior could be acceptable in a perspective and unacceptable in another perspective. 

So an individual cannot decide what is moral. 

So we should accept that people are different, their desires are different!!!!

Abandoning the relationship of stakeholder’s as their requirement are destroyed or they are unsatisfied. Wrong budgeting and false timelines.

To achieve success in projects it should be a valuable delivery of cost, time, scope, benefits and its quality. Also it need to ensure that it fulfill the conditions for the benefits to be realized. Should manage the relationship and communication with stakeholders. The creation of a conductive project environment is essential for the success of the project. The requirements should be fulfilled. Should manage risk, it requires identification, analysis and response to likely risk events that could abolish the project.

Project management need to be a mixture of art and craft and is closely connected to concept of management and leadership.

Project management is done by a group of people who are related to a particular field and its leaded by the project manager should have both hard skills and soft skills and also he should have the ability to read the power structures of the organizational environment.
