People are Different!!!!

       Being human is a wonderful gift. The beauty of  human kind is they are different to each other, 

People are different in their behavior, attitude, habit, physical appearances and complexion.

If two human being are same in their appearances , at least their behaviors might change, we call this diversity of organisms.   

These differences are due to the human genetic variation, there might be multiple variant of gene in the human population. No two humans are genetically same, even the identical twins have differences.

Whenever we move with people we should accept that  people are not the same, we cannot expect them to be like us, If we have a clear understanding about this there won't be any problem with others. 

If we consider the human behavior it might differ according to genetics,attitude,social norms and faith. Behavior is impacted by some individual traits. There are rules and regulations for human beings to behave in an acceptable manner. This is what the religions teach, but an individual cannot command others to follow them, but one could suggest their good thoughts and ideas. 

A behavior could be acceptable in a perspective and unacceptable in another perspective. 

So an individual cannot decide what is moral. 

So we should accept that people are different, their desires are different!!!!

It is also said comprising the skills we need to effectively manage a project. Project Management is undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives and typically to bring value and change. It provide us something that we do not have at present. Project management is a dynamic process. Project Management is a specialist skill, it comes with experience, there are key ways of success that we need to understand for a success. Projects may vary in many complexity and scales and not all project will always have a successful ending.

There are many threats and mistakes made in a project. Lack of planning is a major mistake done while many projects for example while conducting a project the estimations, concepts and the decisions should be perfect, strong and effective. Abandoning the relationship of stakeholder’s as their requirement are destroyed or they are unsatisfied. Wrong budgeting and false timelines.

To achieve success in projects it should be a valuable delivery of cost, time, scope, benefits and its quality. Also it need to ensure that it fulfill the conditions for the benefits to be realized. Should manage the relationship and communication with stakeholders. The creation of a conductive project environment is essential for the success of the project. The requirements should be fulfilled. Should manage risk, it requires identification, analysis and response to likely risk events that could abolish the project.

Project management need to be a mixture of art and craft and is closely connected to concept of management and leadership.

Project management is done by a group of people who are related to a particular field and its leaded by the project manager should have both hard skills and soft skills and also he should have the ability to read the power structures of the organizational environment.

A project management will help to overcome project failures and convert them into success.
